At Christ Centered Sober Living, we believe that hope and healing are found in Christ. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or for someone you love, this form is a safe first step. Please share as much as you’re comfortable with — everything you tell us will remain private and will help us understand how best to support you.

Age Policy: Our core programs focus on ages 16–24. We also consider coaching for clients outside this range when appropriate. Readiness to engage, safety, and family support (for minors) are required. Christ Centered Sober Living provides faith-based coaching, not medical treatment.
