Faith and Approach

At Christ Centered Sober Living, we believe lasting transformation is only possible through Christ. While treatment methods and support systems are valuable, true freedom from addiction comes from God’s healing power. Our approach is rooted in faith, grace, accountability, and love; providing a safe place to heal and grow while drawing closer to Him.

Our Foundation

Jesus said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)
Recovery can feel overwhelming, even impossible at times. But in Christ, there is always hope. No matter your past, no matter how many times you’ve tried before, God offers new beginnings.

The Battle We Face

“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” (Matthew 26:41)

Addiction is more than a physical struggle, it is also a spiritual battle. That’s why prayer, Scripture, and a Christ-centered community are essential parts of our program. We walk with you as you strengthen your spirit, renew your mind, and find tools to resist temptation.

How We Walk With You

Christ at the Center: Every aspect of our program is rooted in God’s Word and His promises.

Prayer and Scripture: We begin and end our days with prayer and regularly engage in Bible study to keep our focus on truth.

Accountability in Love: Healing happens best in community. We provide structure, support, and encouragement so you are never walking alone.

Grace and Growth: Mistakes do not define you. God’s mercy gives us the chance to rise again and continue forward.

Our Hope for You

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Our prayer is that through this program, you won’t just find sobriety, you will find renewal in Christ. He restores what was broken and brings peace where there was chaos.

At Christ Centered Sober Living, we believe your story is not finished. God has a purpose for your life, and with His strength, freedom is possible.

Who do you work with?

We work with young adults and families navigating the challenges of substance use, risky behavior, or early recovery. Our coaching is designed to support both the individual and their loved ones.

Is this the same as counseling or therapy?

No. We are not licensed counselors. Our coaching provides biblical encouragement, practical strategies, and accountability, which often works alongside counseling, therapy, or treatment programs.

Do you only work with Christians?

No. While our coaching is Christ-centered and faith-based, we welcome families from all backgrounds who are open to support, encouragement, and hope.

How long does the program last?

Our core program is the 90-Day Sober Foundation Program, which gives structure and accountability during a critical season of recovery. After that, families can choose to continue with our Aftercare Coaching Membership for ongoing support.

Can parents or family members receive coaching too?

Yes. We believe family support is essential. Parents are involved through strategy sessions, family support calls, and parent coaching, helping the whole household heal.

Do you offer virtual sessions or only in-person?

We offer both. Coaching sessions can take place in person (Dallas/Fort Worth area) or virtually, depending on your family’s needs.

What if my loved one doesn’t want help?

Many parents come to us in this situation. We provide you with tools, strategies, and encouragement to support your loved one without enabling, and to help you set healthy boundaries while keeping faith and hope alive.

What’s the best way to get started?

The simplest way to begin is by booking a call through the calendar that fits your situation (Parent, Young Adult, or Adult) or by completing our online assessment. This helps us understand your needs and recommend the right path forward.
