Christ-Centered Sober Living
Last Updated: September 3, 2025

Thank you for choosing Christ-Centered Sober Living with Austin Priddy. We are honored to walk alongside your family in building a strong foundation for lasting sobriety. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they outline the expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries of our coaching relationship.

1. Overview of Services

Christ-Centered Sober Living provides faith-based recovery coaching for teens (ages 16–17), young adults (ages 18–24), and their families. Services are designed to build sober living skills, spiritual strength, accountability, and long-term life planning.

Coaching services may include:

One-on-one recovery coaching
Daily and weekly accountability

Family strategy sessions and support

Aftercare coaching

Optional faith-based spiritual support

Note: Coaching is not clinical therapy, addiction treatment, or medical advice. We do not offer detox, mental health diagnosis, or licensed counseling. Clients in need of medical or psychiatric services should consult qualified healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility

We work with:

Young adults (ages 18–24) voluntarily seeking support
Teens (ages 16–17) with parent/guardian involvement and written consent

Families committed to recovery and personal growth

We serve all clients with compassion and integrity, regardless of their personal beliefs, but our program is unapologetically Christ-centered.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the high-touch and limited nature of coaching availability:

No refunds will be issued once services begin.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be marked as missed.

Unused sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

4. Confidentiality & Family Involvement

All personal client information is kept confidential except in cases of:

Threat of harm to self or others
Suspected abuse or neglect
Legal obligations

Austin maintains discretion while offering transparency with parents through:

Monthly updates
Family coaching calls
Clear boundaries between support and surveillance

For teen clients, reasonable disclosures are made to parents/guardians in support of the client’s well-being.

5. Session Expectations

Clients agree to:

Show up on time, distraction-free
Participate honestly and fully
Complete assigned action steps
Treat Austin and others with respect

Repeated no-shows, dishonesty, or resistance to coaching may result in program dismissal without refund.

6. Spiritual Integration

Christ-Centered Sober Living includes:

Optional prayer and devotionals
Biblical principles for recovery
Faith-based encouragement and accountability

Clients may request a secular focus if preferred, but all coaching is delivered through a lens of Christian faith, values, and compassion.

7. Parent/Guardian Participation (Teens)

For clients under 18:

A legal guardian must complete the intake process and sign the Coaching Agreement

Parents must participate in strategy sessions and support calls

Parents will receive updates and coaching tools to support the home environment

This program is a family-based model. Parental engagement is critical to long-term success.

8. Limitation of Liability

Christ-Centered Sober Living and Austin Priddy are not responsible for:

Individual client decisions or behaviors
Relapse, legal outcomes, or medical conditions
Services rendered by third-party providers (rehabs, transport companies, etc.)

Clients and families assume full responsibility for their choices, and agree to hold harmless Christ-Centered Sober Living and affiliated entities.

9. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, content, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Christ-Centered Sober Living. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

10. Modifications

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of major changes. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the latest version.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will first be addressed through mediation. If needed, binding arbitration will occur in Dallas County, Texas.
